Mold Doesn't Like Air

We were called out for a mold concern, and would you believe what we found? There was a ton of mold hidden in this bathroom, but you couldn't tell! It was all hidden behind the contents; including the bathtub, the shower, the cabinets, and the mirrors! In most cases, the mold doesn't want to be out in the open air, it likes to be cozy and hidden away. On the coast, walls that are not insulated and/or exterior walls should be left with some breathing room to prevent this from happening. Sometimes, it's just part of living on the coast.
