Category 3 Disaster!

This a walk in closet that had been affected by a clogged toilet. When that is the cause of the situation, the water is very contaminated and anything the water contacts like flooring, MUST be removed. These images show the result after the demolition had been performed by SERVPRO technicians. This work allowed the affected sub flooring to be exposed. The before photo is with our SERVPRO equipment placed, and the after is when it had reached a completely dried state, which was in about 4 days from our initial contact.
