Crawlspace Success!

This crawlspace was affected from rain water entering the side of the structure, and saturating the insulation. As you can see in the before photo, the insulation is sagging. What needed to be done was to remove all the affected and saturated insulation, and allow the interior of the crawlspace to dry, as shown in the after photo. When these types of losses happen, it can be extremely difficult to notice, because it is not everyday that you look underneath your home. We do recommend every now and again taking a peek if you have a crawlspace, because you never know when it could happen, especially here on the Oregon Coast.
